Youth Rifle Training
This course is geared towards teaching youths the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for the safe use of a rifle in target shooting.
Outdoor Survival Skills Course
This course will help you in gaining knowledge of the key elements needed for survival in the outdoors unaided by modern tools.
A deposit of $62.50 is required to register for this course.
Basic Gun Safety Course
It doesn't hurt to learn the basics. Regardless of your shooting experience, this 3 hour handgun safety course teaches the core fundamentals of handgun safety so that you can visit the range with confidence and with safety in mind. Learn how to properly handle, transport, and store your handgun, as well as how to keep children safe around handguns.
This course will specifically cover:
The course costs $40; or if you wish to shoot on the range after class, add $25 making the course total $65.
NC Concealed Carry Course
This course is comprised of eight hours of mandatory classroom training with additional time on the range.
Classroom time involves discussion on the legal aspects of using deadly force in self-defense and the laws concerning where a concealed handgun may not be carried. In addition, classroom time covers firearms safety and nomenclature as well as marksmanship fundamentals.
Before completing this class the participant shall pass a twenty question test about the legalities of carrying a concealed handgun and the use of deadly force. In addition, the student must demonstrate how to safely load, unload and handle a handgun as well as shoot a handgun at a target. Students are required to shoot from distances of 3, 5 & 7 yards.
For this class, you will need to bring:
pen & notebook
protective eye wear
gun to qualify with (holster or carrying case for storage when not in use)
30 rounds ammo (minimum)
gun cleaning kit if you have one
Classes are offered Saturdays
Start time is @ 8 am

There will be a 30 minute lunch break as well as breaks during class.
**Please leave your handgun in your vehicle!! We will not need them during the classroom portion!!**
